REQUIREMENTS
Our target talent:
-
3+ years of experience as an HR Generalist or an HR Business Partner in an IT company
-
Strong knowledge of core HR processes
-
You are an insider at the Slovak IT market and understand its trends and common factors
-
Good networking skills and a wide range of connections with the IT community
-
You are ready to take ownership and be highly accountable
-
You have basic knowledge of Slovak/EU labor legislation
-
Experience of working in multicultural teams
-
English level – upper intermediate
-
Similar experience in building new teams/offices will be a huge plus!
FUNCTIONS
Your goals and challenges in this position:
-
Become our core person in Bratislava as a local professional
-
Play the most proactive and leading role in establishing the new office
-
Scale Digicode HR processes for the Bratislava team and improve/tune them if needed
-
Implant our corporate culture and nurture it from Day 1
-
Take a lead in creating a strategy for promoting Digicode Employer Brand in Slovakia
-
Do your best to achieve our hiring goals for the year (excluding recruitment)
-
Be ready to cooperate with universities and hold Internship programs
-
Create and maintain a low-retention atmosphere with high-level trust in Digicode as an Employer

Help Bratislava team stay connected with other parts of Digicode
