FUNCTIONS
- Lead the design and development of game mechanics, systems, and features from ideation to final implementation.
- Define and refine the product strategy, identifying opportunities for growth and innovation within the social casino gaming space.
- Develop a compelling product roadmap that aligns with market trends, user insights, and business objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and player preferences to inform strategic decisions.
- Utilize a user-centric, data-driven approach, leveraging analytics and research to prioritize features and enhance player engagement.
- Monitor key product metrics (revenue, retention, engagement) and implement strategies for continuous optimization.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, creativity, and continuous improvement within the team.
- Participate in playtesting sessions, providing constructive feedback to improve overall game quality.
