Sales Manager Assistant

REQUIREMENTS

• A degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred. 
• Must be fluent in Slovak and/or Czech, and English. 
• German is highly beneficial, and Ukrainian/Russian is optional. 
• Any experience in a sales support or administrative role is a plus. 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software. 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. 
• Attention to detail and accuracy in work. 
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

FUNCTIONS

• Assist the sales team with daily administrative tasks and support. 
• Assist in lead generation activities, including researching potential clients. 
• Support the organization of client meetings, calls and events.
• Prepare and distribute sales materials, presentations, and reports. 
• Manage customer inquiries and provide timely responses. 
• Process sales orders and ensure accurate entry into the system. 
• Maintain and update customer records and sales databases.
• Assist in the development of sales and promotional activities.
• Handle any other sales-related tasks as assigned by the Sales Manager.
