MLOps Engineer
REQUIREMENTS
– Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
– Expertise in building and deploying AI/ML models in production environments.
– Experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred).
– Strong knowledge of .NET/Python, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD tools.
– Proficiency in machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
DESIRABLE REQUIREMENTS
– Experience with document classification, entity extraction, and NLP models.
FUNCTIONS
1. Model Deployment and Optimization:
– Develop and deploy scalable machine learning models to process legal data efficiently.
– Ensure AI services integrate seamlessly with the platform used by defense attorneys.
2. Pipeline Development:
– Build robust pipelines for continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) of machine learning
solutions.
– Automate data preprocessing, training, validation, and deployment workflows.
– Implement solutions across various cloud vendors.
– Drive quality process and testing around ML/AI domains.
3. System Monitoring:
– Set up monitoring solutions to track model performance, detect drift, and manage resource
usage.
– Optimize models and infrastructure for reliability, low latency and cost efficiency.
4. Collaboration:
– Work with the product team to align AI capabilities with attorney workflow requirements.
5. Compliance and Security:
– Implement measures to ensure AI/ML systems comply with legal and ethical standards.
– Secure sensitive legal data with robust privacy mechanisms.
